Last month we had the amazing Creative 1 Events team up with The Park to create a unique and sophisticated Bat Mitzvah for Aimee.
Aimee’s Bat Mitzvah showcased what Lysette & her team at Creative 1 Events does best, and was an extraordinary success.
For this particular event, Lysette was inspired by Aimee and her love of all things soccer, especially EPL. In order to create a more refined event, as opposed to a kids’ soccer party, Lysette opted for theming like a green carpet on arrival, a Player Zone for the kids complete with faux grass ottomans, a locker filled with branded water bottles and soccer memorabilia and a Glam Squad that was busy creating soccer inspired nail and body art for the guests.
Lysette worked closely with the hosts to create a cool, party vibe as opposed to the traditional sit-down dinner event. The team implemented a variety of food stations and the structures themselves perfectly complemented the soccer theme. The menu was customised and referenced different styles of cuisine to appeal to all tastes. Innovative canapés & grazers replaced the standard seated entrée and were circulated to all guests upon arrival. Guests then had the opportunity to choose exactly what they wanted for their main course via food stations!
To begin the party, the 220 guests participated in a traditional Israeli dance and it was the perfect way to get the party started and ignite the pride, love and emotion in the room. The décor and styling of the room exceeded the host’s and guests expectations as they were continually inundated with WOW’s! The soccer theme was prominent among the entertainment components which were carefully selected to appeal to both children and adults. A soccer simulator allowed guests to shoot for goal throughout the night. A green screen graffiti wall gave guests the chance to pose in front of four soccer themed backgrounds which were customised for the event and they could 'graffiti' the photo with soccer icons. A fabulous DJ kept the dance floor rocking all night and a soft serve ice cream stand which featured DIY toppings was a great finale to the evening.
